On behalf of our client, Canada’s largest financial institution, Equality Street is looking for a proficient Executive Assistant – Team Administrator to join a large Data & Analytics team. As a member of the team, the individual will provide direct support to two senior leaders while assisting with operational functions across the group.
This is a contract opportunity for 1-year with a high chance of getting extended.
Location: Toronto, ON.
HYBRID – 3-4 days per week on-site, downtown office location.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Administrative support for two Directors

Maintains calendars, including resolving conflicts effectively, coordinates meetings, conferences, and travel
-
As required, follow up on any agenda items or deliverables, including coordination with facilitator and presenters to deliver materials in a timely manner.

Assist with preparation, gathering information and the development of presentations by editing documents and checking reports for data accuracy.

Proactively seek opportunities to provide additional value to ensure all established deadlines/commitments are met.

Coordinate activities for the successful onboarding of new employees to the Data & Analytics team

Support the overall objectives of the senior management team with the coordination of meeting planning and materials, including providing administrative support, organizing of team meetings, helping with town hall meetings, etc.

Driving improvements in work-space, process, and technology to enable high efficiency
What do you need to succeed?

5+ years’ experience of executive administration/coordinator experience, providing support to senior-level management or relevant experience

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Comfort in dealing with individuals across all levels of a large organization

Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with a strong capability to prioritize activities.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

Comfort with numbers and analytical and technical concepts

Detail-orientated with the ability to effectively manage time independently

Digital Analytics Developer

On behalf of our client, one of Canada’s largest banks and one of the largest banks in the world by market capitalization, Equality Street is looking for a Digital Analytics Developer (Google Marketing Platform) to add to their Digital Data & Analytics team.
Joining the Digital Data & Analytics team as a Digital Analytics Developer, you will have the opportunity to provide best-practices recommendations regarding tagging and the implementation of web analytics, and deploy and develop customized technical solutions to enable the implementation of digital analytics platforms.
This is a contract role with an immediate start for 12 months with high chance to be extended.
Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid – 3-4 days/week on-site)
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Work with internal clients (stakeholders) to understand their business objectives and translate into analytics integration and technology strategy and requirements

Provide technical support to internal teams around analytics tagging, data validation and data integration

Develop and modify JavaScript code to execute data collection

Oversee the implementation and usage of the Digital Analytics Platform to collect data required by Digital Product Owners, various lines of business and other stakeholders

Define analytics QA and testing activities to ensure accurate and efficient data collection

Validate and debug analytics implementation issues

Setup and maintain multiple tag management and analytics accounts

● Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, roadmap and set and manage expectations

● Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client’s current and desired end states
