On behalf of our client, Equality Street is looking for a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Owner to join them on a contract basis.
What You’ll Do
-
Collaborate with Product Managers to establish a product release vision
-
Lead your features through to completion, managing discovery and changes along the way
-
Create, maintain, and continuously prioritize product and/or release backlogs, and conduct backlog refinement sessions with respective Scrum team
-
Ensure product backlog themes are addressed in the release backlog according to the priority order
-
Work with peer Product Owners regarding cross-team dependencies and appropriate scheduling and prioritization of work
-
Participate in all relevant sprint meetings, including daily meetings, sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions, as well as lead backlog refinement sessions
-
Coordinate with other teams (User Experience, Quality Assurance, Customer Support, etc.) in regard to your feature set
-
Communicate with internal departments to understand and explain functional requirements
-
Communicate with external customers on topics such as requirements gathering, product feedback, and production-related issues
Requirements
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Your experience should include some or all of the following:
-
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
-
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
-
Strong communication skills and experience working with large, cross-functional teams
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a Sales domain
-
Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
-
Proven experience working on cross-product platforms
-
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
Additionally, you may have:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification

Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as JIRA

On behalf of our client, one of Canada’s largest banks and one of the largest banks in the world by market capitalization, Equality Street is looking for a Digital Analytics Developer (Google Marketing Platform) to add to their Digital Data & Analytics team.
Joining the Digital Data & Analytics team as a Digital Analytics Developer, you will have the opportunity to provide best-practices recommendations regarding tagging and the implementation of web analytics, and deploy and develop customized technical solutions to enable the implementation of digital analytics platforms.
This is a contract role with an immediate start for 12 months with high chance to be extended.
Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid – 3-4 days/week on-site)
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Work with internal clients (stakeholders) to understand their business objectives and translate into analytics integration and technology strategy and requirements

Provide technical support to internal teams around analytics tagging, data validation and data integration

Develop and modify JavaScript code to execute data collection

Oversee the implementation and usage of the Digital Analytics Platform to collect data required by Digital Product Owners, various lines of business and other stakeholders

Define analytics QA and testing activities to ensure accurate and efficient data collection

Validate and debug analytics implementation issues

Setup and maintain multiple tag management and analytics accounts

Guide key stakeholders in the appropriate implementation and validation of new tagging requirements and fixes, and ensure existing tracking remains intact

Act as key technical support for internal users of Tag Management System and Digital Analytics Platform, troubleshooting and dealing with Vendor Support teams when required

● Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
● Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
● Strong knowledge of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
● Good understanding of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
● Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
● Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
